Our Story

At HK Ms R®️, our story began with a flavour we could never quite forget - somewhere between British shortbread and childhood memories of Hong Kong.

Whenever we sat down for tea here in the UK, it felt like something was missing. The light, crumbly walnut cookies we grew up with were simply nowhere to be found.

So, we started baking our own. What began in our kitchen as a simple taste of home slowly became HK Ms R®️.

                        Each batch is handcrafted in small amounts using roasted
                        walnuts, sesame, and a whole cashew at the centre. They bake
                        into a light, sandy texture with a delicate crumble, followed
                        by a warm, nutty flavour in every bite.
                    

The iconic minibus signs and subtle heritage details on our boxes are quiet reminders of home—nothing loud, just pieces of the city we wanted to keep close.

Inside, all twelve cookies are individually wrapped to preserve their crispness, ensuring you enjoy them exactly as they were meant to be.
