• Products: Our pre-packaged foods and handmade crafts with pipe cleaner (e.g., flowers, bears) are sold as-is. We aim for high quality, but minor variations in color, size, or packaging may occur due to their handmade nature. Crafts are decorative items, not toys, and not intended for play or use by children.
• Orders: Orders can be placed via our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp. We process orders within 7 business days, with delivery times varying by location (e.g., Chelmsford: Saturdays; Southend: Thursdays, per availability).
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of order via methods offered (e.g., Direct Bank Transfer). We confirm orders upon payment receipt.
• Delivery: Free delivery may be available on eligible orders, subject to current terms and minimum spend (see website, Instagram, or WhatsApp for details). We are not liable for delays by shipping providers.
• Cancellations: You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us. We may cancel orders if payment fails or stock is unavailable, refunding any payments made.
• Returns & Refunds:
  • Perishable Goods (e.g., food items): Due to their nature, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or not as described. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a refund or replacement.
  • Non-Perishable Goods (e.g., handmade crafts): You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging for a full refund, including original shipping costs.
  • Faulty Goods: If an item is faulty, contact us within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.
• Our Rights: We may refuse or cancel orders in exceptional cases (e.g., stock issues, suspicious activity), with notice and refunds where applicable.
• Content Ownership: All website content, images, and descriptions are owned by HK Ms R and may not be reproduced without permission.
